Install & Notice
(1) Ensure that PU Hose outside diameter and inside diameter should be fit to the standard sizemarked on the hose. The wall thickness on the cross-section of PU cutting should be met the standard with the number marked on the hose. The calculating methodology of wall thickness (0.D-1.D)/2=wall thickness.
(2)Please test before proceed with an installation, to ensure the wall thickness on the cross-section whether it is smooth after being cut. Otherwise, it should be tested as if there is error being found out of the standard. If the cross-section is not straight(around 90 degree), it will cause the hose be broken by pressure.
(3) Please don’t proceed with any installation or use it if there is bubble, or black point on the surface of hose, and replace with new one immediately. It will bust if continually use it under the pressures.
(4) Please test before proceed with an installation, to ensure whether not powder (do not spit out the wax). The feature of not spit out the wax: it feels sticky when being touched by hands, and the surface color of PU looks in darkness, the clear PU hose becomes milk cream color or color sulfate turbidity. The PU with spit out the wax result that should be cracked after twisted. Don’t use the PU hose as if has spitted out the wax.
(5)Please use designated tubing cutter to ensure the proper result after being cut.
(6)Please make sure to meet the requirement of minimum bend radius when bending PU hose. Please note that the excision of stretch, bend and twist will affect on the working pressure and cause bust.
(7) Please note: use the PU hose which it stock up previously and firstly
(8) Placing the hose in the dry and normal temperature place. Don’t let the hose on a wet and hot temperature environmet.
(1) The working condition includes of environmental temperature and flowing objective temperature. Refer to the professional bust testing report, the safety figure of pressure and working pressure is 3:1; It causes part of PU hose will explode as if it is being used exceeding the stardard pressure, or over limited temperature.
(2) The surface of PU pipe will appear swelling as result of it is being worked under its highest pressure for certain long time. Please adjust the working pressure accordingly if the above phenomenon found. Or choose another suitable type or size of PU hose.
(3) PU hose also will bust as if heating transfers will cause temperature moving up when apply to its moveable part under being bended.
(4) PU hose will damage as the objective is hot water or hot oil or with erosive material.
(5) PU hose will crack after it turns out like spit out the wax or hydrolysis.
(6) Please choose another type of hose if it uses under the circumstance like welding or it exposes to the sparkling.
(7) Please use anti-static power hose when the system prevent anti-static power.
(8) Please use another type of hose as if it intends to use under-ground, or it will expose under out-door sun or watery circumstance.
