Product Structure:

(1) Both inner and outer layers are made of polyether-based TPU materials which has low heat resistance along with superior resistance to water and dynamic heat build up.

(2) The middle layer is reinforced with braids of polyester fibre for additional strength and support together.

(3) The three layers have substantial tear strength, impact resistance, damping properties and high rebound properties.

(4) The use of transparent colors allow a clear view of the flow of the liquid.

(5) Tested wall thickness with fibre braid weave reach a pressure of 65kg/cm² (925 PSI) at 20°C (68°F)

      Tensile Strength Limit; >25 Mpa
      Elongation break; >500% 
      Tear strength; >80Nmm

      Thermal Properties:
      Operating range -50°C (-58°F) 
      Under low temperatures, the product retains flexibility and has strong resistance to cracking 

      Physical Properties:
      Hydrolysis resistant
      Withstands degradation by microbes
      UV grade of 4.5

      Resistant when used in the exterior applications when exposured to sunlight, moisture, freeze/thaw cycles torsion and rolling of tubing.
